The user should be able to raise a quotation with the following details: Quotation number, Quotation Date, Company Logo, Client details with VAT number, Item number, Part number (optional), Product Description (alphanumerical), (description column should accommodate sub items also), Quantity (numerical), Rate discount (product wise discount and total discount), Total amount, and VAT should be accommodated in the calculation

When a quote is generated, all the processes of generating Sales Order, invoice, and supplier LPO should be linked together. This should also enable the VAT generation.(Quote convertible to sales order à Invoice,

Once the quotation is submitted, it will be as marked as ‘order to pending’ state until winning the order. After confirmation quotation will be converted into sales order.
